Reader’s Comment: Women are grossly under-represented in the sewage business

In response to Jane Kelly: Harriet is so out of touch. Modern women are more interested in moon cupping than the EU, 5th column traitors wrote:

Funnily enough – Dearest Harriet – I have been studying the numbers of people involved in rubbish collection and sewage working and it would seem to be rife with inequality because (and these are only an estimate you understand), about 99 per cent of bin and sewage workers are male.
The only conclusion I can draw from this is that women are being excluded and that men are pushing women out of the Refuse and Sewage sectors. Of course I shall need some more EU funds to complete my study. Once I have I shall be sure to publish it in all its glorious assumptions and manufactured conclusions all over the BBC. Then I will be approaching you to get some legislation pushed through parliament ASAP to force mandatory quotas for female Sewage and Refuse recruitment until we have 50 per cent representation in those sectors.
