In response to Michael St George: Migrant curbs and Brexit: Boris must play hardball for his new Tory voters
Michael’s analysis is spot on, including the vital, pressing need for Boris to now change his policy stances to include what his new working class, more northern voters want. Posh, pale blue, Tory wets will not like this, but that’s too bad. Also he must deliver successful actions not just words.
If he achieves that, then he will have cemented in a most worthwhile, fundamental and dramatic realignment in British politics. For the first time in more than a decade, Margaret Thatcher will be smiling.
