In response to The Conservative Woman: When a row is born
At some point, if common sense prevails, we shall need to identify, for medical purposes, whether a person is XX or XY, and screen and treat them for disorders peculiar to their chromosomal set-up, regardless of whether they call themselves ‘men’, ‘women’, ‘blancmange’ or ‘throat warbler mangrove’. So far as I’ve ever been able to tell, it is only XXs that give birth to babies. It may be uncomfortable for the ‘woke folk’ to need to concede this point, but concede it they must, because, well, REALITY intrudeth upon their little let’s-play-semantic-games world.

This is the point. It is an assault on the language as a mask to disguise an assault on reality, just because the latter doesn’t suit certain deranged people. Women who don’t want to be women claim to be men so they can believe they really are men, and vice versa. This abuse of language should be called out for what it is; it should never be allowed to stand as a means of trying to distort reality.
