Only a matter of time until the victim is blamed outright for the crime and any punishment of the criminal will be seen as a breach of their human rights.

Hmm, wonder if that was because they were high on weed! I don’t know if they mentioned this in the police report but given that they don’t usually, I doubt it. They will be out in under five years and back on the weed to carry on as if nothing had happened. They should be done for manslaughter at a minimum and given a minimum of ten years (served) as a warning to others.
