Splendid article Dominik, well done and push on. Your values are identical with mine, and my family has, we think, been in these islands for ever. Immigrants like you benefit our country.

We don’t require people to wear Union Jack T-shirts and sing Rule Britannia – well, only if they want to, genuinely. To all others, all we ask is that if you require to live here, then abide by our rules and customs and traditions and if you don’t like ’em – you know where the door is.
