In response to Paul T Horgan: Nasty Naz, Labour’s racist in charge of anti-racism,
So Labour has a shadow international trade minister who thinks you can’t get food from Australia, as it will go off.
A shadow domestic violence minister who finds males being attacked by their partners funny.
Now a shadow community minister who thinks girls should keep their mouths shut for diversity.
Shah’s appointment was worth a double, triple and even quadruple take and you would still have trouble believing your eyes. What is even worse than her personal appointment is having a ministry of social cohesion at all.
Like all its predecessors such as the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Commission for Racial Equality, its mission in practice will be to worsen the the problems it purports to try to cure. Every troublemaking ‘community leader’ in the country will make a beeline for Shah’s office and find a sympathetic ear from its civil service jobsworths for racial grievances.
It’s what keeps these outfits in business.
How long before the ministry for social cohesion, when it comes into being, becomes the ministry for racial and gender quotas across the public and private sectors, poking its fingers into every corner of life to ensure that no one has been left behind the by the equality bus.
