Reader’s Comments: Laura Perrins takes the fight against feminism to the airwaves

In a break from the norm, TCW has decided to collate some of the kindest remarks sent in after our Laura’s appearance on the BBC’s Daily Politics yesterday.

“Brilliant Laura, I felt the spirit of Ayn Rand rising up through the British socialist propaganda corporation. Against two professional politicians you totally shone.”

“An excellent recruiting sergeant to the cause of The Conservative Woman. Of course, there are more of us out here than society might be led to believe; we are always the silent majority just getting on with things.”

“Well done! Laura absolutely right, could not agree more, this endless setting of women against men… You speak for a huge number of women who are bored senseless with the endless rhetoric and the constant mantra that they speak for all women, they do not. Harman, Bindel and their ilk care about some women namely themselves and the sound of their own shrill irritating voices. Keep up the good work.”

“Congratulations to Laura Perrins…Angela Eagle’s bullying and graceless efforts to stop Laura from being heard are so familiar as a feature of the Left’s approach to “debate” but Laura maintained her position.”

“I was impressed by your arguments on the programme (less impressed with the ignorant interruption by Angela Eagle which I took as attempts to suppress your opinions)  which, importantly, are backed up by data.”

“I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Laura Perrins’s Soapbox presentation on the Daily Politics programme today, and how well she resisted being cowed by the torrent of criticism which ensued.”

“I would like to applaud the aims and values of your website and your courage and patience when confronted by the vitriolic, finger-wagging Angela Eagle (totally unnecessary). I hope you continue to show such resolve when taking your agenda to the heart of the feminist movement. A movement that marginalises and condemns the overwhelming majority of men who see women as equal but different.”

“What a wonderful breath of fresh air to hear Laura Perrins on the Daily Politics. Accurate facts succinctly and clearly put, with logical arguments. A video of her soapbox should be an essential component of every women’s studies course. Dream on.”

“Well done! You have clearly stated something that I have been wondering about for a while know. I can no longer listen to Woman’s Hour because of their victim attitude. It doesn’t help women to encourage them to think like this.”
