The marxists/feminists came up with a genius idea when they decided to use the euphemism of a fetus or ectopic tissue to refer to their unborn baby. It means that if mothers decide to kill their unborn baby, as 200,000 do in the UK every year, they can pretend it isn’t a baby or even their baby, it was just a lump of tissue inside them.

The medical profession is conflicted and displaying aspects of cognitive dissonance. For one the one hand it saves and enhances life, whilst the other hand is destroying it. There are a large number people of well-educated, well-resourced people involved in practicing medicine. So if they believe that the law is ‘an ass’, then they should mobilise, exerting political pressure on the law makers to correct the problems. Or perhaps they don’t care any longer, I don’t know?
