In response to Bruce Newsome: We’ve never had a worse Tory PM,
She is worthy of all the criticisms made by Bruce Newsome (and some more) but is she really worse than Heath, who lied to get us into the EEC in the first place, knowing the plan was a united Europe, and John Major who deliberately split the Conservative Party when he signed the Maastricht Treaty and prevented us from having a referendum on whether we wanted to join the European Union?
Edward Heath and John Major are the architects of the current disaster and May’s failure is her total lack of courage and honesty when it comes to getting us out of the EU when we finally got a vote in 2016.
Can’t argue with anything written in the article. All sounds fair. Based on the above list she’s the worst of the Conservative PMs by a long way.
And she has a few days yet in which to catch and overhaul the one PM above her, Blair, as the worst on either side of the House that I’ve seen in my lifetime.

She is still there, remember. They have still not got rid of her.
