IN AN imitation of Wikileaks, Dominic Cummings has just published some more WhatsApp bombshells on his Substack site (to which you can subscribe). If you don’t want to be a party to his financial gain out of this – a blame game tub of bad language, incompetence and mendacity – our advice is to go straight to Guido who’s reading it through as quickly as possible and pulling out the highlights.
His taster at the time of writing is a WhatsApp screenshot of messages from Boris Johnson to Cummings, in which he says ‘on PPE it’s a disaster’ and considers replacing Hancock with Gove.
