Yesterday on TCW we discussed the judicial war being waged against the executive decisions made by President Trump.
It is true I am not a huge fan of Presidential executive orders, which have little staying power and arguably are used to circumvent Congress.
However, it was President Obama who drastically increased their use because he knew he could not get his radical agenda through Congress, so it was just easier to bypass the democratic process.
Now that Trump does the same thing, it is all aboard the outrage train.
The so-called travel ban caused the usual Leftie outrage when introduced, albeit in a very clumsy manner.
Here we remind ourselves via Mark Steyn what the ban against high-risk travellers was all about.
As usual, this is ‘nail on head’ from Steyn.
