TCW Week in Review

Six of the best

Nick Booth: Mothers get a jargon upgrade. Now they are In-house Multipurpose Executive Service Managers

Laura Keynes: A message to the ‘multi-cultis’ – just say Happy Christmas

Cerberus: The strange silence of Tory MPs over Europe. Have they taken Dave’s shilling?

Jane Kelly: Double standards over the abuse of poor, white girls

David Keighley: Meet our most toe-curlingly lefty bishop. Rachel puts her pale and male counterparts to shame

Tamara Chabe: Female graduates lose out as feminists kill the dating scene

Reader’s Comment of the Week

In response to Cerberus: The strange silence of Tory MPs over Europe. Have they taken Dave’s shilling? sylvesterthecat wrote:

Should the Tory Party campaign to stay in the EU, how many of the millions of the U.K. Eurosceptics would ever vote Conservative again?

TCW Hero of the Week

It was Jim Naughtie’s final appearance on the Today programme this week but the TCW Hero of the Week goes to new presenter Nick Robinson.

Nick has brought a much needed balance to the Today programme which has been far too dominated by the left in recent years.

TCW Villain of the Week

Villain of the Week is Oriel College, Oxford for their utterly disgraceful decision to pull down the statue of Cecil Rhodes, a former student and donor to the college.

Something must be done to stop this absurd notion that if the left wing PC brigade are offended by something, it is removed.

Best of the rest

Caroline Farrow: Two shocking cases demonstrate the legal muddle over abortion

Mark Ellse: Cameron’s clampdown on benefits should apply to Brits as well as Europeans
