The ‘devastating’ case against vaccine-pusher Pfizer

WILL our world eventually realise the extent of the covid con trick to which we have been subjected over the past four years? While most UK authorities, including the mainstream media, are still maintaining silence on the disaster, the American legal system seems poised to break omerta around the issue.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and another three of the state’s top legal officials have announced a lawsuit against Pfizer alleging misleading claims related to its covid vaccine. ‘Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,’ Kobach said. A similar action by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton remains pending, and several other states are becoming involved.

Pfizer says the lawsuits have no merit, and that its representations about the vaccine have been ‘accurate and science-based’.

However, according to Dr Carl Heneghan, Professor of Evidence-based Medicine at Oxford University, the charge sheet against Pfizer, with the main points outlined here, is ‘devastating’.

Kobach summarised the case under four headings.

1.    Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women. But in February 2021, the company possessed reports for 458 pregnant women who received the gene-based jab during pregnancy. More than half reported an adverse event and more than 10 per cent a miscarriage, many within days of the vaccination. Pfizer also had information from an October 2020 study on pregnancy in rats indicating that its vaccine was probably linked to infertility, loss of litters, and stillborn offspring.

2.    Pfizer consistently denied any evidence of a connection or safety signal between its covid vaccine and the heart conditions myocarditis and pericarditis. On January 18 2023 the company’s chairman and CEO Albert Bourla stated: ‘We have not seen a single [safety] signal, although we have distributed billions of doses.’ This was despite the US government and military, foreign governments and others having found that the Pfizer vaccine caused both forms of heart damage.

3.    Pfizer claimed that its vaccine protected against covid variants, even though data available at the time showed it was effective less than half the time.

4.    Pfizer urged Americans to get vaccinated ‘to protect their loved ones’, clearly indicating a claim that the jab stopped transmission of the virus, yet it later admitted that it had never studied transmission after vaccination.

Kobach added that emails reveal Pfizer coordinated with social media platforms ‘to censor any speech critical of Covid-19 vaccine safety and effectiveness’. It used confidentiality agreements with the US government and others to conceal critical data on the jab’s safety and effectiveness.

The detailed legal report says that as of February 28, 2021, the company had received 158,893 reports of adverse events from 42,086 case reports. The database included 1,223 fatalities. The company was receiving so many reports that it had to hire 600 additional full-time staff by mid-2021.

By April 2022, the company knew of adverse reproductive system effects on tens of thousands of women including heavy menstrual bleeding (27,685 reports), menstrual disorders (22,145), irregular periods (15,083), delayed periods (13,989), and absence of periods (11,363).

It represented its booster shot as safe for the elderly, after testing only 12 trial participants in the 65-85 age group, and none over 85.

It also destroyed the vaccine trial control group, vital to assessing safety and effectiveness. Once the jab had been given emergency use authorisation in December 2020, participants who had received a placebo injection were given the option to have the jab instead.  This meant that a 24-month trial to monitor safety and effectiveness was abandoned. As of March 13, 2021, only seven per cent of the original placebo group had not received the vaccine.

These claims, if substantiated in court, indicate that Pfizer’s assertion that the jabs saved millions of lives, as accepted without challenge in this December 2021 BBC interview with Bourla, are scientifically worthless.

Commenting on the Kansas report in their blog Trust the Evidence, Professor Heneghan and epidemiologist Dr Tom Jefferson, a senior associate tutor at Oxford University, say the protective effect of the vaccine remains untested. The clinical study report of the pivotal trial does not provide evidence that it can affect viral load. Subsequent observations suggesting an effect on mortality could be due to natural decreases in deaths as an epidemic progresses.  They say: ‘The fact that some of the details came to light after a lawsuit shows the appalling state of affairs we find ourselves in: if we need to go to the judiciary for protection, why do we need regulators, public health, and biomedical journals?

‘Regulators’ collective silence, while the CDC (US Centers for Disease Control), other public health bodies and biomedical journals act as pharma agents reinforces the urgent need to complete reform of the system. Regulators and public health bodies are no longer protectors; increasingly, they are the enemies of patient safety.’

As yet, the only party political leader to have highlighted the tragedy is Nigel Farage of Reform UK, who has called for a ‘massive investigation’. He told GB News in February: ‘There’s a lot we need to know. We were told to take the so-called vaccine and you won’t catch covid. Take the vaccine and you won’t pass covid on. Both of those things were totally, completely untrue.

‘We were told the vaccine was safe in every way. Frankly, it had not been through anything like the normal testing.

‘Now we learn there are elderly people on their seventh jab. That is not the kind of vaccine that you and I grew up with, where you have a vaccine once and are inoculated for life.

‘I do think there needs to be a massive investigation, not just into the harms that were caused by the vaccine – and all vaccines cause side-effects, we know that – but there do seem to be an alarming number of people, young men in particular, who have developed myocarditis and other heart conditions.

‘I’m not getting conspiratorial about this, but let’s have it out in the open. I want to know why we were lied to. I want to know why they were trying to vaccinate kids, of primary school age, when covid posed no threat to them whatsoever.

‘This needs a proper, full public inquiry.’
