YESTERDAY’S headlines were full of Matt Hancock’s latest threat to close down our few remaining freedoms.
All the following have been mooted:
- Ban support bubbles
- Close nurseries
- Allow us out only once a week
- Stop exercise
- Close churches
Meanwhile Chris Whitty warned that ‘every social interaction was an opportunity for the virus to spread even more widely’.
Instead of expressing outrage, the public appears to support ever more lockdown, however many lives it destroys on the way. At least that’s what the MSM would have us believe – and still petitions are going around asking to shut nurseries and childminders.
Are people as frightened and compliant as we are led to believe, or is the truth that lockdown is being widely flouted and has proved impossible to police?
Feel free to discuss anything else on your mind.
