AS many as 750,000 over-75s are refusing to pay their BBC licence fee, says the Sunday Mirror, leaving the corporation facing a potential £117million shortfall in income.

If the pensioners hold out against the £157.50 fee they could be fined up to £1,000 or jailed if they refuse to pay the penalty.

Do you agree with their stand?
