BORIS Johnson has warned two million over-70s and healthcare staff who have not had the Covid-19 vaccine that if they do not come forward they could be responsible for delay in easing restrictions.
GPs are being urged to make personal calls to all their older patients who have not had the jab, while roving teams will seek out care home staff who have been missed.
