UNLESS something amazing happens, MPs will vote today for the new English lockdown and the disproportionate distress, disruption and ruination it entails.
Once again, as generally throughout the nine months of the pandemic, law is being made by decree and rammed through a compliant, rubber-stamping Parliament.
