Why I’m pounding the streets for Reform

EVERY day until the 4th of July I will be out on the streets pushing a leaflet and letter through letterboxes. This is something I have not done before. I’m not a rabid, ideology-driven political activist. I’m just a concerned citizen, worried about my country being taken over by bureaucrats to implement the policies of their benefactors – an aloof political elite, and the globalists with wealth and power who influence them.

I’m worried about the reins of political power being gained by a characterless, morally bankrupt establishment politician who can’t tell the difference between a man and a woman, and whose knees go weak at the mention of a Marxist group called BLM; who also refuses to recognise that the religion of a large ethnic minority group is an evidentially violent, anti-democratic, anti-Semitic, anti-Western, supremacist religio-political ideology, and fully intends to protect it against criticism with a backdoor blasphemy law; a man and his intellectually challenged, amoral groupies who, both as individuals and a group, are neither fit and trustworthy enough, nor qualified, to run a tea trolley without poisoning their customers with some vile ingredients mixed into a drink advertised as wholesome and healthy.

The letter that goes with the leaflet for Mark Belch, my local City of Durham Reform candidate, reads as follows:

Dear Voter,

Are you fed up with politics and dishonest politicians?

Yes, those politicians who have stabbed you in the back by not implementing Brexit and will deviously work to take us back in; who will allow your children to change gender without your knowledge and make it illegal for you to interfere in that decision; who tell you you’re going to boil to death because of climate change, and are forcing up the cost of food, petrol, and your gas and electric bills as they chase the impossible Net Zero; those politicians who will make it even easier for illegal immigrants to cross the Channel and get benefits and free housing, NHS appointments and schools; who will implement a law that will make it illegal to criticise Islam, even in your own home.

These are just a few of the things that will happen, as promised already by Labour leader Keir Starmer, if Labour wins this election.

People are waking up to the terrible situation this country is in, where nothing seems to work. All these problems are down to the Labour and Conservative governments of the past 30 years, who don’t care about you or your family.

But, there is some good news – you can stop these politicians who are doing so much harm.

Nigel Farage is leading Reform UK into this election, and has committed to fight against the policies that hurt British people, that make our lives more difficult, and take money out of your hands. Reform UK is gaining huge support from the British public right across the country; people like you who have had enough of the expensive mess both Labour and Conservatives have made.

Reform is the only political party that opposes all of the above problems, and stands firmly with the great majority of British people who have had enough of this mess; a mess that will only get worse with a new Labour government that is fully signed up to woke nonsense that puts your children in jeopardy, makes your lives poorer through increased costs and green taxes, and will take away your freedom to speak as you feel.

I am your local Reform UK representative. I am fully committed to helping stop the decline of our country. I’m not a career politician climbing the greasy pole, but someone who has lived here for 20 years, loves the North East, and wants the people of County Durham to enjoy the freedoms, opportunities and well-being that should be theirs, rather than allow them be taken from you for the benefit of others.

Please vote for a better life for you and your family, and a better Britain, by voting for me on July 4th.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Belch

Reform UK

To me, this sums up where we are in our politics, and why we have two simple choices on July 4 – either succumb to the business-as-usual duopoly of Lab/Con decline by voting for a Uniparty candidate or by staying at home, or vote for the only viable hope we have of breaking up the establishment bloc that will run this country into a cultural, societal and economic gutter.

Out on the streets there is real evidence that the polls are vastly underestimating the level of support for Reform. I strongly believe there could be an upset on the cards in this general election, just as there was for the Brexit vote. But it won’t happen unless the people get to the polling stations and vote for change. If we want a future of hope, rather than continuing despair and decline, that’s what is needed.
