Yesterday I was on Talk Radio to discuss the swamp that is ‘hate crime’.
Should misogyny aggravate a crime and be reflected in sentencing? I am not convinced that being motivated by misogyny is any worse than being motivated through greed, anger, revenge or humiliation.
But this grabs headlines for politicians so I expect it to pass.
